I, Fatima Sofia Navarro, operating as Fate with Fati, affirm and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client sessions conducted under my practice.

I will not disclose client names, identifying details, personal information, or private session content outside of our sessions. Client charts, communications, and session materials are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with my professional standard of care and integrity.

From time to time, astrological charts or generalized themes derived from client sessions may, on occasion, be used for educational or illustrative purposes, such as media content or teaching materials. When such use occurs:

• Charts are anonymized and stripped of all identifying information

• No names, aliases, usernames, locations, session dates, or personal circumstances are included

• No information will be presented in a way that could reasonably allow a client to be identified.

These examples are used solely to explain astrological principles and do not disclose, represent, or reference an individual client's private experience.

Additionally, if you choose to record your Zoom meeting, it will be shared with you, but it must be kept in my cloud files to be accessed. My Zoom recording files will be kept private and available to you upon request (for access to your own files). On occasion, I may request to use your Zoom video for promotional or teaching purposes, but only with the consent of the person (s) involved.

This policy reflects my ethical and professional obligations and applies to all services in my practice. I hold myself accountable for maintaining these standards.
